I have been searching the web to find a solution to a problem that seems universal. Two other designers working with me have Wacom Intuos 4 PTK graphic tablets and have encountered these problems recently. The driver seems to stop functioning after a reboot. One of the designers have noted that the touch wheel no longer responds to brush sizing.
I eventually did a full uninstall of the latest driver and installed a previous version. So far this seems to be working. I will update if the problem re-occurs.
